PATCH TESTS
A patch test must be carried out at Drop Dead Gorgeous at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last 6 months or has had a change in medication/medical conditions must have a repeat patch test before his or her treatment.
Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment and our cancellation policy stated below will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Cancellations within 2 days or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50.00% of the booking. If you fail to cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, a 50% charge of the treatment cost will be incurred.
If you cancel your appointment with enough notice, the full deposit paid can be added to your account to use at a later date or refunded with a £1.50 admin fee.
APPOINTMENT TIME
When arriving to the salon, please be on time, if you are early you may have to wait outside, if you are late we may have to reschedule. We will do our best to fit you in if you run late but it's not fair to other clients to run late into their appointment time.
CONSULTATION
Before your first visit to the salon, we will send you a consultation to complete online before your appointment.
NO GUESTS
No guests, we understand this could cause problems for some of our clients, and truly, we are so sorry to ask this of you, but it's for everyones safety and enjoyment of the salon. There's lots of chemical and hot wax pots, this is not a safe or fun environment for children.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Children of 16 years old or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
We do not offer gel polish under the age of 16.
We do not offer nail extensions under the age of 18.
We do not offer ear piercing procedures under the age of 4.
For any other treatments, please contact the salon to confirm whether we can treat yourself/your child if under 18.
ILLNESS
If you have felt unwell, or think you may have been exposed to COVID 19, please refrain from coming into the salon until you are fit and healthy again.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Please note that treatments bought as gift vouchers are valued (for redemption purposes) at the price that was paid for them at the time of purchase. If the treatment price has increased since the voucher was purchased, the customer will need to make an additional payment at the time of the treatment to the value of the increase.
Gift Vouchers and pre-paid credit must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render the gift voucher and credit invalid.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
If you partially use a gift voucher, the remaining value will stay valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher.
